WHO WE ARE

Founded to Solve America's Energy Imperative

Red Post Energy Group was established on a simple but urgent belief: America cannot secure its future without secure, scalable, and dispatchable power. As electrification accelerates, AI and data centers expand, domestic manufacturing resurges, and industrial demand intensifies, the United States faces a defining moment.

Energy infrastructure is no longer just a utility issue — it is an economic, technological, and national security imperative. Founded by Lance Medlin, a former United States Marine, Red Post Energy Group was built with a mission-first mindset, bringing together disciplined execution, strategic public-private alignment, and large-scale infrastructure development to strengthen America's energy backbone.

WHO WE ARE

Powering the Defining Decade of American Energy

While demand surged across sectors — from advanced manufacturing to AI-driven data centers — reliable, dispatchable generation did not keep pace. Political cycles moved quickly. Capital markets moved cautiously. Grid constraints tightened. Industrial expansion waited.

Red Post Energy Group was formed to move faster, build smarter, and secure America's power. We target the convergence of energy, national security, and economic revival as the defining opportunity of this decade — deploying rapid-response Energy Strike Teams to deliver results at scale.
